My stay at Hanoi Center Silk Lullaby Hotel was quite pleasant overall. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to assist me, which definitely made for a warm experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, though I did notice that the bathroom was a bit on the smaller side. While the location is conveniently close to Train Street and other attractions, it can get a bit noisy at night, so light sleepers might want to consider that.
